Member agrees to indemnify and hold Pro Spirit and its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all claims and demands, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or related to (i) Member’s breach of this Agreement; (ii) any information (including but not limited to Member Data and Member’s publicly posted information) submitted, posted, or otherwise provided by Member at the Member Web Site and/or to Pro-Spirit.com and/or its affiliates; (iii) any dispute or litigation between an Indemnified Party and a third party caused by Member’s actions; and (iv) Member’s negligence or violation or alleged violations of any rights of another; (v) any medical injuries/conditions related to the use of Pro Spirit Inc properties. These obligations will survive any termination of Member’s relationship with Pro Spirit Inc. or Member’s use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foregoing indemnity will apply regardless of any fault, negligence, or breach of warranty or contract of Pro Spirit and/or its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees.

When: This year, ASW will be held between May 4th through May 7th, 2023. Not all teams compete on all days so please ensure to check your team schedule in this GDP.

Where: Orange County Convention Center @ Universal, West Concourse, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, TX. 32819

How: Entrance to competitions will be with spectator bands. Theme Park tickets also available. Both bands and park tickets are available online HERE or onsite. Please ensure to retain you bands. Lost/Stolen wristbands can be replaced for a fee. Park passes are NOT required to enter competition venue.

EVENT AND SAFTEY PROTOCOLS
All open championship series staff and independent contractors working have undergone abuse, harassment, and human trafficking training. All staff has also passed a thorough background check. The warm-up-room is restricted to athletes and coaches only to ensure athlete safety. ASW have hired a security team for events and they will be present to assist if needed. Be prepared when you arrive, take the time to notate where the nearest exits are and designate and outdoor meeting spot in the case of an emergency for your group.

Purchase a Thursday/Friday Spectator Event Pass for Junior and Senior teams. Purchase a Saturday/Sunday Spectator Event Pass for Mini and Youth teams. You Can Also Purchase a Spectator Event Pass Plus an After Party at the Park Ticket.

DO NOT purchase a Spectator Event Pass if you purchased an Open Lodging Package or Friends and Family Commuter Passes. Lodging Packages and Friends and Family Commuter Passes include Spectator Event Passes!

Spectator Event Passes Will Be Picked Up at the Event. This product will not be distributed electronically or via mail.

If the Open Office in hotel is closed please visit our main office located at Cabana Bay.
