Class Description

Not all classes listed below are offered year round.  Check out or schedule page or call our office for availability.

Try-Out Prep - Motion and jump technique, tumbling skills, and anything else you need to know to prepare yourself for school tryouts. We will get you for school tryouts - the rest is up to you.

Tiny Class - For those little ones new to cheerleading. Ages 3.5 – 5 years old. Emphasis will be learning the correct technique in beginning tumbling, jump and motion technique.

Mini Class - A special class for 5 to 7 year old students. The emphasis will be learning the correct technique of beginning tumbling. The student will also learn correct jump technique along with correct technique of strength, conditioning and flexibility exercises.

Level 2 - Flip flops, jumps, and conditioning. We build onto basic skills to progress the student into a stronger cheerleader. Flip flops are greatly emphasized. Round off Flip flop series are learned.

Intro Level 3 - Series of backhandsprings are perfected to increase power and strentgh to be ready for upper level skills.

Level 3 - Progressions to perfecting back tucks are learned. Also standing flip flop backs and standing backs are perfected.

Level 4 - This class is where standing backs are perfected, layouts, fulls and doubles are taught.

Standing Back Class – This class is for standing tumbling only. Drills, repetitions, and jump flip combinations will be taught by the instructor.

Open Gym - There will not be a structured curriculum during this hour. An instructor will be available to monitor and spot if needed. Open gym will be $10.00 at the door.

Twisting Class - Students that have a strong layout and are ready to twist may enroll with Head Team coach permission.  Instruction and reps on standing fulls, doubles and specialty twisting passes.
